Administrative Agencies
We regularly assist clients in  dealing with regulatory agencies. The Firm's administrative and regulatory practices, including litigation, extends to most Texas administrative agencies, including the Comptroller of Public Accounts, General Land Office, State Board of Public Accountancy, Railroad Commission and Public Utility Commission, and encompasses applications, permits and compliance issues in addition to rule making and contested case proceeding. 

Mediation and Arbitration
Attorneys in the Firm have the experience in arbitration and mediation both as mediators and advocates in representing our clients in the alternative dispute resolution process.
