Alice is the most senior of the Hays & Owens staff. She joined in 2000 as the legal secretary for the entire firm. Jennifer came to Hays & Owens in 2005. She assists the attorneys in a variety of legal tasks. She is President of Capital Area Paralegal Association, Certification Study Group Committee (Chair 2009-2010). Member: the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, National Association of Legal Assistants & Paralegals. With undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas, she has an AAS from Austin Community College (2007, Alpha Gamma Pi chapter, Phi Theta Kappa).
