Oil and Gas Law

Utility and Pipeline Regulation
With the extensive experience advising consumers, gas utilities and both gas and crude oil pipeline operators on sophisticated state and federal regulatory matters, the Firm regularly prosecutes and defends complaints over rate, transportation, discrimination, and quality of service issues.
